Capital One offers several consumer-friendly features:

1. No down payment
2. Low interest rates (typically from 9.99% to 12.99% that are fixed for entire length of your payment term.
3. Payment terms of up to 60 months.
4. No prepayment penalty.
5. Financing from a minimum of $995 up to the entire procedure cost.
6. No payments until 60 days after being approved.
   

CareCredit provides interest-free plans up to a year. Monthly payments are only 3% of your balance or $20 (whichever is greater) and you can avoid paying the interest charges if you pay your balance in full within the specific time period (three months, six months or one year, depending on your plan).
