The Whitsett Vision Group is an ophthalmology practice that specializes in eye surgery and medical care. In addition to routine eye exams, The Whitsett Vision Group treats all types of eye conditions – including, but not limited to: Cataracts, Diabetic Retinopathy, Dry Eye, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration and Retinal Detachments.
Our original office is located in Memorial/Spring Branch at 1237 Campbell Road – a half mile north of Interstate 10 (click here for MapQuest directions).

In response to patient requests, we have opened a second office in Katy at 410 W. Grand Parkway South, Suite 110 in the Park Plaza Shopping Center south of Interstate 10 (click here for MapQuest directions).

Patient hours for both locations are: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am - 5 pm and Friday, 8:30 am - 4 pm. To make an appointment at either office, please call 713-365-9099. Our doctors are Medicare providers, and accept many other insurance plans. Please mention your plan when scheduling your appointment so that we may determine in advance if your plan is accepted.
The Whitsett Vision Group has its own surgery center at the Memorial/Spring Branch office at which Dr. Whitsett performs his LASIK procedures. Other sophisticated diagnostic equipment such as the Zeiss OCT is on-site, too.
We fit contact lenses, however, at this time we do not dispense glasses.
